Care decisions, including eligibility for GLP-1 therapy, are made by a licensed provider after a clinical evaluation. • Program name and sender: Messages are sent by Skin M.D. INC.
• Program description: Skin M.D. INC operates two separate messaging programs. Transactional messages include appointment reminders, care updates, and account notifications. Marketing messages include promotions, offers, and service announcements. You may opt in to either or both.
• How to opt in: By checking the applicable consent checkbox on our contact form and submitting your mobile number. Checkboxes are unchecked by default, are separate for transactional and marketing messages, and are never required to submit the form.
• Message frequency: Message frequency may vary.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Skin M.D. INC does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us through our contact page.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability.
• Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• Consent is not a condition: Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving care.
• Privacy: Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to promptly notify us if your mobile number changes or is no longer yours, so we do not send messages to an unintended recipient.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information on behalf of another person, or use our messaging program for unlawful purposes.
